So here is my experience. I was looking for a Honda Civic in the EXL trim. I was looking at other dealerships and and from what I found out at 20:16 model 2017 was around 21 to $23000.I would have loved an accord but it was too expensive. I believe I found this dealership off of cars. com.To my surprise there it was, a is, a beautiful white 2016 Honda Accord EXL trim with under 50000 miles on it for 16K!!. I called them as soon as I saw the ad and was greeted with a live person who was attentive and was able to answer all my questions. Very professional! Living in Rochester I drove over an hour to this dealership to look at the car and to testdrive it. I was pleasently surprised, i kept thinking there must be something wrong with this car.. why is it CRAZY CHEAP? couldnt find anything cheap about it, than again its a Honda=) I opted to buy the premium extended warranty that goes up to 100k. Warranties are usually something to stay away with however the value they presented was too good of an oppurtunity to turn down. Today a year later.. I drive my Honda Accord witha smile on my face! Instead of getting a Civic im now in an EXL trim Accord! Remeber that warranty iI was just talking about? I used it today. That warranty which saved me over $500. I negotiated some terms like no deductable and I'm pleased that I can go to ANY mechanic in the US + have roadside assistance and loaner car reinbursement up to $50/day. Im moving down to Miami in 2 weeks and am about to drive over 1,400 miles. I have complete faith that my Accord will get me down there comfortably adn safely sadnif somthing breaks down I have that warranty. Conclusion: Will proudly do business with them again, 10/10 satisifed and would reccomend to family and friends.

Can’t express enough how easy and honest both Steve and Ron were when I was in the market for a Dodge Charger. Not only did they find one affordable for me they also helped me every step of the way thru the process from beginning to end. I highly recommend those guys as their customer service makes you really feel like family! My wife, my son, and I drove about 2 hours to check out a Honda Accord that looked really nice online with a very good price. We were met there by Chelsi, who was really friendly and extremely easy to work with. The car was beautiful, better than expected. We test drove it within 10 minutes of getting there and it handled great. When we got back, we met again with Chelsi, and she took the time to answer all of our questions, with no pressure at all. She made us feel very comfortable and we bought the car that night. When making plans to pick up the car, Chelsi was extremely responsive by phone and text, and was never too busy to answer any question I had. I would rate this a great, stress free experience
Went to Crazy Cheap Cars for a truck that I found on Cars.com. A bit of a drive but so worth it! Chelsi helped me out with the sale and she is great. She was able to answer all my questions and was so helpful. I generally don’t like speaking will sales people, their pitch is so transparent and such a turn off. But Chelsi went at my pace and handled everything like a true professional. I’m very happy with my new truck, the great deal I got and excellent financing terms. I highly recommend.

My wife and I have been doing business with crazy cheap cars for almost 14 years now and every experience has been wonderful! Our most recent purchase was 2018 Ford Explorer XLT its everything we were looking for and Steve C got us taken care of quickly and was very professional and made us feel comfortable.
